B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident: 2009 - Dec
2. Services that were sought: Inquiry into the illegal demand of fine or ransom by police officials at karimganj on the account of carrying packaged meat in the train
3. Problem/s I faced: Corruption and harrasment
4. Bribe amount: Innitially Rs. 500 which junped to Rs. 1000 on demand for receipt for the fine paid
5 a. Was the bribe paid? No
5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? I did bot pay the bribe but missed the train I was travelling from Silchar to Agartala on the 6th December 2009 stopping at Karimganj station at 1pm and had to hire a cab for Rs. 1400 to reach
6. Result: I plan to fight for my right of the illegal delay and time, money and energy caused due to the corruption charges

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1: To check on the illegal checking as none of the constables or the incharge checking the train had their name tags or identification on them.
Suggestion 2: The TT should accompany the checking of the passenger in the train
2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1: This has not been the 1st case of illegal charges but initially my friend were chared Rs. 3000 and Rs. 1500 respectively
3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1: To demand for receipt of the amount of fine paid in any circumstances
