B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2009 - May

2. Services that were sought:	now onwards i will start giving bribe for any work because I lost faith on goverment organizations. So i dont think i require any services.

3. Problem/s I faced:	Passport not issued to minor applicant(one year old)

4. Bribe amount:	2500

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	Yes. I have calculated like how many times I went to the passport office, standing in long queue, having mentol stress for all these months, how much time I spent on this, sleepless nights, how much money I spent to go to passport office and how it is affecting on my family life and my personnel and office work.

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	Yes certainly it will be done. But it needs lot of efforts from our end and we have to spend lot of time on this. But by the time you get passport you would have lost your career/job/visa options.

6. Result:	Positive.Its even more fast than tatkal service in passport office.

1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	I lost trust on goverment organizations. I dont want to give any suggestions.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	just do your job properly.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	I cannot give any sugession because this will not help out.
