B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident: 2009 - Nov
2. Services that were sought: I had booked my bike (bajaj pulsar HR 01 0754) from Ambala cantt to Gorakhpur on 29.10.2009 on my ticket in Sahid Exp.
3. Problem/s I faced: My bike has not came to gorakhpur till 05.11.09 and now I have received a call from 09560218917 on my mobile that my bike is now in New Delhi and to recharge the above mobile number with Rs 500 otherwise my bike will not reach to gorakhpur and if it reaches it will not be in good condition
4. Bribe amount: Rs 500 recharge on mobile no 09560218917
5 a. Was the bribe paid? NO
5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?
6. Result: I AM REPORTING ON SAME DAY BUT HE WAS CLAIMING THAT IF I DO AS HE SAYS HE WILL LOAD MY BIKE IN VAISHALI EXP TODAY WHICH LEAVES NEW DELHI AT 1945 HRS AND NOW I AM SUREIT WIIL NOT HAPPEN.

1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1: THE MOBILE NUMBER WHICH I HAD GIVEN IS NOW BEEN USED FOR ASKING BRIBE, SO THIS PACTICE OF WRITTING PHONE NUMBER SHOUED BE DISCOURESED.
Suggestion 2: MY BIKE WAS BOOKED TO GO TO GORAKHPUR THEN HOW IT COULD GO TO NEW DELHI AS THERE ARE SO MANY TRAINS FROM AMBALA CANTT TO GORAKHPUR. SO IF ANTYTHING IS BOOKED ON ANY TICKET IT SHOULD BE SEND TO THAT STATION ONLY
