Corruption ROKO - Corruption Report On Karmayog Online Form No. 0312 Friday, October 30, 2009 Gandhinagar Session Court, Gandhinagar, GJ We have received a complaint as per the details below. The filled form will also be displayed at www.karmayog. with any feedback that is received from the concerned government authorities. A: Details of the government organisation 1. Name of government organisation: Gandhinagar Session Court 2. State: Gujarat 3. City: Gandhinagar 4. Department: Session Court 5. Location: Behind Gandhinagar Bus Station 6. Designation of government officer involved: Judge and his clerk 8. Address of the government organisation: I have a false Domestic Violance case going on in Gandhinagar court. It is a complete bogus case. It can easily be proved if phone records of person filing the case is obtained. I have obtained order in the court. But, Judge and his clerk are not allowing to serve the order to the Phone COmpany for almost six months now. Phone company keeps records only for one year. Judge is trying to pass by that time period so that all records are erased and I find it difficult to prove her a fraud. B: My Complaint Details 1. Period of incident: 2009 - Jul 2. Services that were sought: Send the court order to phone company to obtain mobile phone records. I am not sure if it is tru or not that Phone compay keeps records (list) for only one year. 3. Problem/s I faced: Judge is trying hard to help the plaintiff to establish her false case and at the same time he is trying hard to over look all the evidences that proves her a complete fraud. Judge is also very abusive in the court to me and my family. My father and brother are doctors and I myself has two MS. 4. Bribe amount: Anyone's guess - but, it is there for sure. There is not reason for Judge to favor her otherwise. 5 a. Was the bribe paid? n/a 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? n/a 6. Result: . C: Additional Informtion attached Details of Content: I have prepared a complaint against the judge in the High Court Vegilane Department as well. D: My Suggestions 1. For head of government department: Suggestion 1: All false Dowry and abuse cases beging with false FIR by bribing police. Then such people make connection with Protection officer who takes false complaint. All they need is compy of FIR to file case in the court. Then they make connection with Judge and Clerk. I have heard that there is a group of judges they are in the business of doing this and they even have agents working for them. In my case, I have submitted ALL the evidence that proves the plaintiff complete liar and fraud. But, Judge has not questioned her a single thing about that and keeps calling me from Baroda to Gandhinar almost every week fos last seven months. I have been called 45 times so far. It costs me Rs1200 everytime I go. Even though legally my parents(both 70 plus) and brother (who are living in a separate house) can not be included as defendants, he has forced them to attend the court. He calls us at 1100am and does not attend until 5:30pm to make us sit there. Suggestion 2: Clearly plaintiff has filed this false case to extort money. She is working with a group of people and traps Gujarati NRI's in such fraudulent marraiges. Instead of punishing her for filing a false case, Judge is trying hard to prove case in her favor even in the presence of all evidences against her. He has absolutely no fear of anyone. He is extremely Rude to us. There has been several complaints already against this judge. This Judge needs to be investigated very seriously. Suggestion 3: Is there any office where I can take all parers of my case and show all the obvious evidences that proves this case a fradulent case??? and someone investigate the Judge's conduct in not releasing phone record order to the phone company intentionallty to let the time of record keeping expire. Obviously he is trying to help plaintiff. 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): Suggestion 1: I am a US citizen. In USA, everything happening in the court is recorded and also typed by a steno. If we do the same thing in Indian court as well then Judges and police will be afraid of doing anything wrong. Suggestion 2: ASK all judges to submit their phone records everymonth and make it compulsory to register any new phone number on their names. This Judge has multiple mobiles. For other citizens: Suggestion 1: After living for over 20 years in USA, I came back to live in my country with my parents. But, curruption ist he only thing bothering me and would like to return back to USA. E: I am not ready to reveal contact details because None. I know there is nothing this Judge can do to me because I have solid evidence proving the plaintiff a fraud. I will fight till my death if Judge favors her in his final decision.
