The Finance dept should make mandatory for asll the directors of the various dept to monitor and check the gpf account of their respective employees. Everydept is provided with computer . They should be linked with the finance dept for immediate access and information. |

GPF statement account has not been updated till date even after 10 years of service, though the letter for the same has been sent from the district eucation officer concerned in dec. 07 nothing has been done One Mr. Shukla et.al. has been asking for bribe without which they will not oblige. |

computerized regular monitoring on yearly basis especially at the end of each financial year. Directors must be made accountable for pending and incorrect statements.

ACB/CBI sleuths shoul make surprise visits in disguise to identify and punish corrupt officals.
