Final withdrawal of Employee Prvident Fund. It should have been instrumental in releasing my dues and persuaded/pressurised the Chairman, Siddhartha International Scool, Samalkha to solve the matter without giving me more torture. I am a single parent and have no source of income presently |

The Chairman of the school is a retired IRS officer, Mr. Duli Chand and through his links he is withholding the matter and by pressurising the PF officials and my lawyer to defer. I am the only earning member of my family and being in Delhi I am not able to persue the legal proceedings promptly. |

The websites and direct contact is not available. The phone calls are not entertained positively. A single lady like me has to suffer endlelly at the hands of such unfeeling professionals and their tieing up with ruthless employers who inspite of being affluent try to eat up my hard earned money.

The bureau should give guidelines to solve the matters within a time period and fix a deadline. If it is not done, strict follow up should be taken by the authorities.
