Details of Content:	ALL THIS INFORMATION ALREADY HAS BEEN PUBLISHED IN THE PRIVATE NEWS PAPER. ANDAMAN HERALD, PORTBLAIR,TUESDAY,November 04,2008. BUT TILL TODAY NO POSITIVE ACTION WAS TAKEN BY COST GUARD DEPT. FOR THIS FROUD CASE.
