Indane officials alloted distributorship of Indane in Phagwara-I Mr. Vivek Bajaj by accepting the experience certificate issued by Thamman Gas Agency, Ludhiana whereas Mr. Bajaj has submitted fake documents and in Phagwara II Mr. Syed Mohammad got allotment of agency. |

The Chartered Accountant who got two marks in the head of experience in Phagwara I had been awarded Zero marks in Phagwara II whereas the same documents have been submitted in both applications. |

Rs. 35 Lac received under the table for each distributorship alloted. It is heasay in the town. |

My friend did not pay the amount though he had No. 1 position in merits. |

| 1. For head of government department: |

| Suggestion 1: |
The higher authorities should check the fake documents. As Mr. Vivek bajaj has never done a job in any gas agency. On furnishing the fake documents how he has been awarded distributorship.

| Suggestion 2: |
The high officials should be having the knowledge about the marks awarded in the head Experience, Business Ability/ Acumen & personality. The officials do favour to get the ransom under the table in these heads.

| Suggestion 3: |
All the documents should be scruitized as from where the person got experience and what salary he got from the employer. Who was the predecessor and successor of the job that he has been assigned in the gas agency in which he showed experience.

| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): |

Kindly the officials should be checked properly on which ground they favour the distributors whereas sidelining the Chartered Accountant. Keep the vigil of all the documents under the h ead experiences. why the marks earned in experience in Phagwara one as TWO has been made to ZERO in Phagwara II distributorship. What are the work experiences of Agriculturist (Syed Mohammed) and Vivek Bajaj (A practising advocate). Why Mr. Rajninder Kumar and Halwayi had been alloted 7 marks out of 7 under Business ability/ acumen. What special business ability he has whereas a practising chartered accountant got 3 marks out of 7 marks. There are clear cut favour made by the Indane officials. Kindly hold the inquiry the position will be cleared.
