B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident: 2008 - Sep
2. Services that were sought: apply passport.
3. Problem/s I faced: physical verifyer ask for the money to report possitively in my report
4. Bribe amount: 1000/-
5 a. Was the bribe paid? yes,otherwise he said that it is impossible to make your passport without my clarification.And at the same day my grand mother has gone expire.
5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?
6. Result: Now my passport has come to me.

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1: surveying amongst all the passporties and ask about the behaviour of the officers and then sue them to the great extent.
2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1: pls save India and Indans from this own terrorist by fired them immediately and appoint youngsters at that place.It also need to get them fear of lost of their services.Actually I analyse that they are fearless about our laws,they think that we are in govt. sector then no need to worry about that.
3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1: There is no protection for the other citizens like me because we are unable to stop it without any super authority.

 It is because from top to bottom every one has gone curropted,no one is our to whom we shall trust.
