B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2008 - Jun

2. Services that were sought:	no

3. Problem/s I faced:	Non of the high officials sign the log book for the vehicles.Vehicles supposed to be used for anti smuggling activities are used for personal and domestic purpose by Commissioner ,addt commissioner and jt commissioner.Junior officers are compelled to certify the bills.

4. Bribe amount:	Threatened to dire consequences

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?

Details of Content:	The action can not be initiated at commissioner level as he himself allocate vehicle specially for his own use.Audit team of CAG can finalize the amount to be recovered




D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	log books of all the vehicles whether hired or govt vehicle should be verified and demand raised for the vehicles used by the the officials for personal purpose

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	non of the subordinate staff should be punished as they are pressurized by bosses

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	be tough and firm and work as per law
