1. Period of incident:	2008 - Jul

2. Services that were sought:	the donation about 600000rs is demanded from the management of the school for teacher's appointment.

3. Problem/s I faced:	the donation about 600000rs is demanded from the management of the school for teacher's appointment. D.E.O has given wrong NOC for that appoitment of a teacher named Jaydipchandra Parmar and Diwya B.Khair.

4. Bribe amount:	about 600000rs

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	yes , to get job.

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	no

6. Result:	interview is on 2 august 08 and i will get a job.

Details of Content:	in this school each appointment was given in the same way by 500000 or 600000 per candidents.even D.E.O.has its on share in each appointment.




D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	such type of act should be stoped as soon as possible. i have given detailed application to Chif minister,Education minister but no action is taken by them,yet. immidiate steps should be taken on this matter.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	such type of act should be stoped as soon as possible. i have given detailed application to Chif minister,Education minister but no action is taken by them,yet. immidiate steps should be taken on this matter. to have immidiate inquiry of D.E.O. at Navsari. to have immidiate inquiry at kangwai sarvajanik high school.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	not to give donation at any cost for any purpose.
