Broadband connection charge for the whole year at a time is not taking by the concerned department and refused in a rough manner, by telling ' I am very busy now every thing will be done after a few days - go now'. As a result i have to pay Rs. 250/- per mointh instead of Rs. 2500/- p.a. |

All the staff who are dealing with thw customers should be soft spoken and polite, they should not be rough. Government should check this by sending IB/CBI in civil dress and like general customer.
