B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2008 - Mar

2. Services that were sought:	registeration as doctor after medical undergraduate & postgraduate degree

3. Problem/s I faced:	charge Rs 1000 extra as a shagun(tip) for getting registration certificate, firstly i refused to pay then i am not given certificate all other student of my class who given this tip given their certificate even without going to the office please help us

4. Bribe amount:	RS 1000per student means it coasts arround 150000 extra for our batch to registered

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	yes, it become demand of situation because i am a middle class student & come from other city for registeration i am unable to afford prolonged stay in lucknow

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	no,all from clerk to registerar is involved i am helpless

6. Result:	i get certificate by paying bribe

1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	change of procedure

Suggestion 2:	delivery of certificate to indiviual college

Suggestion 3:	stict action against corrupt staff

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	loose attitude officials must be dissmissed

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	yes this can be very well avoided if all citizen become alert and awake for their right & corruption

Suggestion 2:	no one should pay bribe
