B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2007 - Oct

2. Services that were sought:	Action On M/s Chandiwala Enterprises who is currently developing the plot known as Rokadia Compound, Yari R oad Versova Andheri (w) Mumbai 400061

3. Problem/s I faced:	Building plans are sanctioned on account of bogus Documents submitted by the builder. Even writing to the Municipal Commissioner didnot help. I have filed similar RTI Applications regarding the same issue but no action was taken on the developer. The case is currently under hearing in Small Causes C

4. Bribe amount:	no

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	no

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?

6. Result:	No Action taken against the developer

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	To check the authenticity of the documents before sanctioning the building plans. So that common man doesnot face trouble.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	How the building plans are sanctioned without verifying the authenticity of the documents. Bogus documents are submitted by the builder M/s Chandiwala Enterprises to get the building plans sanctioned.

Suggestion 2:	Building proposal Dept Bandra West.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	File complaint on Karmayog website to avoid problems and harrassment as I am Suffering.
