anti corruption departed shold do some thing, you should come here with a dumy patient and trap him. he is doing all this thing in under ROGI KALYAN SAMITI, which is legal things, but most of times he is taking more charges, samiti members don't know anything about this, i can't say much more about this you shold come here and find the truth.
