Period of incident: 2008 - Mar 2. Services that were sought: Honestly to serve public. 3. Problem/s I faced: Kandivali East Corporator Dr.Ajanta Yadav & her husband Mr.Rajpat Yadav is making illegal construction on the place of Public Gym (Taalim) They themselves are in MCGM & even local police is with them. Is there anyone ,who can take action against them ??? 4. Bribe amount: 0 5 a. Was the bribe paid? NO 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? . 6. Result: We had lodged a complian (Complian No: 0720227220) at MCGM but no action have been taken. C: Additional Informtion attached Details of Content: Nil D: My Suggestions 1. For head of government department: Suggestion 1: Strict action needs to be taken against such incident to save public places. 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): Suggestion 1: Strict action needs to be taken against such incident to save public places. 3. For other citizens: Suggestion 1: Always bring notice of the higher authorities about such corruption.
