Services that were sought: L.I.C renewal policies cheque remittance at that Branch 3. Problem/s I faced: I could not remit my renewals at that Branch since I'm an agent of some other Branch 4. Bribe amount: Rs.20/- per cheques if I want to use this Branch to remit my renewal cheques 5 a. Was the bribe paid? No I did not paid. 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? I have to go to my Branch which far away from my place. 6. For head of government department: Suggestion 1: By having frequent sudden raids/inspection and if found corrupt dismiss them immediately. 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): Suggestion 1: To catch the corrupt officials who demand cash or kind or favours from public for their service for which they are in the department. 3.
