If you have faced any problem in any government organisation in the past and would like to help in improving the system there, please fill details of the incident in www.karmayog.org/roko/rokoform . You can fill the form anonymously if you so desire.
Filled forms will be: a) displayed on Karmayog for the authorities and media to take action, and b) will be formally forwarded to the relevant government authorities

3. What problem/s did you face? the work was not done efficiently and on time.

4. Bribe amount: 200 Rs.

5 a. Did you pay the bribe? If yes, why? yes

5 b. Could you get your work done without paying the bribe? if so, how? it was possible bit i would have to stay in the long queue and i didnt want to because i had my exams

6. Result: they cooperated that day and asked me come the next day. but next day again they behaved as if they didnt know me. which was an obvious indication that they wanted bribe that day also

D: Suggestions
1. Suggestions for head of government department: my complain is that even after giving them 200Rs. they behaved in such a rude manner. what torture they might be doing to the people who didnt give them money and who wait there in queues for hours together.


2. Suggestions for the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): no suggestions i only wanted to bring this event in your notice. and i am financiallly well off. probably can bribe n get my work done. but i want you to think about the people who cant afford those 200-300Rs.


3. Suggestions for other citizens: keep all your necessary documents intact and up to date so that they dont have a chance to bother you.
