Absolutely no problem after i paid the bribe to the middle man. This type of corruption, i feel is to avoid hardship of seperation from ones family. it does not provide any reward to the briber. It rather helps in avoiding punishment given by the administrator. here bribe money helps reducesufferig! |

| 1. Suggestions for head of government department: |
minimum transfers be made.I feel that transfers should b carrie d out by a team of similar people from the same field. it should have committing assurance of when will you come back to your hometown.

Mantralay is heaven for handling bribe! i have heard that ACB require permission from ministers to enter into premises of Mantralay. First of all this barrier should be removed.

Pay the bribe whenever you want to carry out some job from ministry till the current laws prevail !!!!!!! As other wise it is impossible to get these tasks done. Law has empowerd only the top beaurocrats to do many things empirically!!!!!!.They dont have to follow rules. Even Thousands of Karmayogis will not be able to eradicate corruption till existing rules prevail!!!!!!!!
