Suggestions for other citizens Resistance to pay results in your critical work held up. Hence, the clients are totally at the mercy of the clerical staff of all courts. I have come across just one or two clerks who do not take bribe. People pay up because of the crucial nature and importance of time factor and the amout involved is small. Similarly, the Bar Councils to be instructed by ACB?Vigillance Commision to instruct their members to desist from paying/making clients pay bribe. There are serious instances of Judicial Officers also which I do not wish to cover now. E: I am not ready to reveal contact details becauase My employer may fire me.
