Please don't ever get into rating of NGOs. If we do, we are asking for trouble. It is a can of worms. 1) No need, no value of rating NGOs. Rating does not help. By all means you can maintain a current list of good and bad NGOs seiving out subjectively from audit reports, experience, individuals behind the NGOs, all this for private reference. 2) a) whether alive and operating b) charities c) transparency d) individuals behind the NGOs or trusts e) Accounts & Reports. 3) No rating.
