NGO's are in the development phase in India, I would rather say that an NGO while working with them as a student and as an project coordinator I would suggest ways to rate an NGO.
1. Credibility Standards.
2. HR Systems in NGO
3. Transperency
4. Employee Satisfaction which is root & base of the social service. .
I would appreciate your survey for the ratings of NGo please give me detials of all the NGO's if you have and through which I can develop my carrer using my capability and skills as an MSW.
