We SARTHI ENGINEERING SERVISES, the team lead by Mr. PRASHANT & Mr. AMIT are an Engineering organization, which deals in Conceptualization, and design and detailing of Mechanical piping projects and Execution for Fabrication & Erection of Structural & Piping (labor contract) as well as maintenance contract.

Over a period of last few years we have been involved in large projects like MOQ project, BCPB2 project at L&T Hazira & some small projects like design detailing & execution for utility piping with supports at UMA Precisions (Paint shop), Pune.

Mr. Prashant has been working in the Industry for last 6 years as An Executive in the various fields like Utility design and distribution system, large structural & piping project.

Mr. Amit has been working in the Industry for last 4 years as an Executive in the large scale piping and structural project of ONGC & MOQ. He was employee of L&T Hazira works.

Our Group…..

We are total team of seven qualified technical and commercial members.  It includes three Mechanical Engineers, 2 mechanical Draftsmen and a commercial officer. We are having manpower of 40 people at our sites (Supervisor, Fitters, Welders, Grinders, Rigors and Helpers) with required tools and tackles required for fabrication & erection.

SCOPE OF WORK FOR LABOR CONTRACT

OUR SCOPE:

• Required technician & tools & tackles for fabrication & erection.
• Shifting of material from stores to work place within a span of 20 mtrs.
• Fabrication & erection of structure & piping with supports
• MS supports are painted with red oxide and paint of approved shade.
• Hydro – testing of piping.
• Cut out in the structure for passage of piping & Drains Points.

CLIENT SCOPE:

• Supply of material.
• Covered shade for prefabrication.
• Drawing for plant layout & isometric to be provided at least 2 weeks in advance prior to commencement of structural & piping work.
• Intimation in writing regarding commencement of work at least 1 week in advance.
• Client shall be responsible to obtain & maintain applicable permits required in connection with execution of works & pay all fees required to be paid to competent authorities.
• Equipments and pumps shifting
• Civil foundation for all equipments and pumps.

TIME SECHEDULE:

Will decide mutually and starts from the date our manpower mobilizes at site with tools & machinery or receipt of site in ready to work condition.

SCOPE OF WORK for DESIGN & DETAILING

Utilities being handled:                           Compressed Air Network, Fuel Storage and Handling systems, Steam piping, Thermic fluid Piping, Water systems.

We shall carry out following activities during the design and detailing of the Mechanical utilities for the project.

1.    ENGINEERING SERVICES.

• Collection and recording of the data for the mechanical utilities in the scope through discussions with customer and the OEMs.
• Assessment and finalization of the demands including the future requirements.
• Detail engineering of the Utility systems. The detail engineering shall include Equipment sizing, designing the piping schemes, Support Engineering, Various cut out requirements with co ordination with other agencies, making of Process and Instrumentation diagrams and Equipment layouts.
• Preparations of Detailed Bill Of quantities and Parts catalogues for various valves and instruments. Preparations of Valve schedules and Instrument schedules for all the utilities.
• Preparations of Technical specifications for the equipments and the site work based on the requirements received form the customer.

2.    POST ORDER INVOLVEMENT DURING EXECUTION.

• Visits by our engineer for Quality Review of work and Review of the Project progress at site. These visits shall be charged additional to the consulting fees as mentioned below depending on the location of the site.
• Feed backs to customer about the progress or delays, probable reasons, bottlenecks and performance of the contractor.
• Measurements of work done by the contractor and certification of the bills for the work done.
• Witnessing the various tests done on the systems and commissioning of the major equipments.

3.    DOCUMENTS.

• We shall provide two sets of preliminary print outs drawings for approval of clients and architects.
• Two sets of working drawings shall be given to customer and selected contractors at the time of starting the work.
• Valve Schedule and Instrument schedules for the utilities and the Bill of Quantities based on the site layouts. How ever any changes in the quantities and the specifications shall be included by the contractor in his AS BUILT documentation.
• Required assistance to the contractor in the form of soft copies of the basic approved drawings for making the AS BUILT drawings.

4.    EXCLUSIONS

• Day-to-Day supervision of work at site and follow up with the suppliers for the deliveries.
• Witnessing and certifying the equipments and tests carried on the same supplied by OEMs.
• Any other statutory liasioning.
• Post installation and commissioning follow up with suppliers and contractors for any services required.
