Dear Friend, As an organisation that promotes volunteering, we repeatedly explain to people how volunteering benefits us in a more personal way. Not only do we feel a sense of achievement but also get the much needed break we deserve from our daily routine. Essentially, volunteering is a simple, easy and rewarding way to relax.
