Microfintech is an Ahmedabad based microfinance + training + marketing organization. We are inviting you as a Field trainer in Mumbai region. We are introducing an innovative Microfinance approach for helping needy entrepreneurs in India. We will provide Micro loans maximum Rs. 40000 initially to the entrepreneurs for development of their businesses. We will not only lend but also train them on production, finance, HR & marketing including exports with buy back arrangements. We are going to launch a web portal www.microfintech. Your role as a field trainer will be to: 1. Search for needy & deserving entrepreneurs in your area. 2. Making short story about each entrepreneur to post on our web portal. 3. Recommending cases of entrepreneurs 4. Train entrepreneurs (for which we will train you) 5. Guide entrepreneurs on marketing (for which we will train you) 6. Collection of repayments. 7. Co ordination between microfintech H O & your field territory Offering to you as a field trainer: 1. Training for developing business of entrepreneurs (in areas of finance, production, HR, marketing & exports) 2. Reimbursement of all the expenses. 3.
