The Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS) requires two Education Officers for its Conservation Education Centre, situated among the jungles of Goregaon, Mumbai. We are looking for young and dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills, having creative streak, aptitude for field work, appetite for adventurous tasks and passion for wildlife and environment

Eligibility: B.Sc./M.Sc. preferably in Botany/Zoology/Life Sciences/Environmental Sciences. Persons with some experience in the field of environment education without science background may also be considered.  Knowledge of Indian flora and fauna, computer skills, fluency in English and Hindi, Marathi essential. Age: Upto 30 years. Salary: Rs. 10,000/- (with CTS). 

Job profile: He or she will undertake effective implementation of conservation education projects/modules on or offsite of Conservation Education Centre (CEC) and help in creating environmental awareness. The job mainly involves conducting environmental education programmes such as nature trails, nature camps, audio-visual shows, workshops, education material development, development of educational modules etc.
