MUMBAI TRANSFORMATION SUPPORT UNIT (MTSU) All India Institute of Local Self-Government The Mumbai Transformation Support Unit (MTSU) is an initiative of the World Bank, Cities Alliance, All India Institute of Local Self-Government and Government of Maharashtra to assist the State Government in achieving the objective of transforming Mumbai into a World Class City. MTSU requires one Consultant with expertise in the field of Transportation on contract basis.
