For a NEW children’s home in Navi Panvel, Navi Mumbai. 1. Manager for the Children’s Home Minimum 5-10 years with hands on experience of working full time, 24/7, with children. MSW preferred. Should have dealt with the child welfare committee, women and children dept & Jhilla Mahila Vaa Baal vikaas Adhikari Must be fluent is speaking and writing English,Must be able to manage a large group of children, For deserving candidates, furnished accommodation may be provided on site. Graduates, P.G. in Psychology, with at least 2-3 years of practical working experience with children in need and distress. MSW, with 2-3 years of practical hands on experience working with children. Must have done some out –reach programs and be familiar with children’s documentations and record keeping, development programs and skill level enhancements for children in need and distress. B. Ed., with 3-5 years of practical experience teaching children and familiar withFormal and NF education methods. Must be able to develop children’s skills in a short time. Must have a strong command of the English language. Must have at least 5 years practical experience maintaining a 7 storey building. Must be able to co-ordinate with MSEDCO, CIDCO Ltd, MTNL, etc For a very deserving candidate furnished accommodation will be provided B.com must be able to finalise accounts, up to Trial balance and Profit & Loss statements. Minimum 3-5 years of experience needed. Handle petty cash, do all bank work, maintain cash books and Bank books. 6. Care takers, ayahs, sweepers, cook, cook helpers., security staff.
