A no-agenda get-together for Karmayog members was held in Mumbai to celebrate Karmayog’s 4th anniversary on June 27, 2008. This section contains details of our objectives behind holding such an event, the planning behind the get-together and how the event was organised, feedback and ideas from those who attended, as well as our thoughts and analysis about the get-together. It is hoped that this information will enable others to organise similar events, in as effective a manner as possible.

Colours of Badges at the Karmayog get-together

We have planned name badges for everyone coming to the June 27th
get-together.

The badges will have the person's name, NGO name or person's profession,
main area of interest, and location.

To facilitate easier interaction, we have planned the name badges to be in
different colours.

Colours of Badges:

1. Green: Anyone from out-of-town (NGOs and non NGOS) -- please
make it a point to meet them as they have taken the trouble to come from
far.

2. Blue: Mumbai NGOs (includes Thane & Navi Mumbai)

3. White: Non-NGOs (individuals, corporates, insitituitions, etc.)

4. Pink: Media

5. Yellow: Karmayog Team and Karmayog Volunteers -- so that you can
find us:-) .
