Why Railway not banning bhajans at Local train in Mumbai?  In Mumbai local train it is a regular scene that a group of regular men occupy the seat and start bhajan loudly. These aggressive group target individuals even manhandled in public with no reason. If any complaint made to the Railway police, instead of helping these individuals, they started harassing them. This is the regular scene in Mumbai locals.  They are little bothered about other fellow commuters inconvenience and if somebody try to occupy the seat, they start harassing this men and even beat them mercelessly in front of people. Railway authorities generally did not take any action..  This is mainly happening long distance train group of men occupy the seat and other compelled to stand and this seat is like a reserved compartment. Despite many complaints, no action were taken yet.  Is the Railway authorities listening? What action so far taken till date?
