On New FCRA Bill

It is a matter of appreciation and good admn.that the proposed changes are made in FCRA 1976.
But this should be made more transparent, by streamlising the system of delay at all the govt.offices, in the ministry. I would like to request that there should not be any restriction, atleast for Indians, receiving Foreign currency, either from friends or from clients or for any service rendered by them. The declaration by the receiving or donating of the currency is sufficient, while depositing with the banks.

The list of various sources giving the donations to the NGOs should be available on line from timer to time. Diffrent types of applications should be received by the govt.deptts.on line,as babus are unnecessarily harassing public, even in giving the forms.
