We have developed a new resouce section on Adoption available at

We have planned a meeting for all individuals and organisations interested
in Adoption
on 22nd August, Friday, from 4.30-6.30 pm at the Karmayog office at Fort,
Mumbai.

(Walking distance from both Churchgate and CST. Car parking easily
available. Directions are in the "About Us" link in each page of
www.karmayog.org/aboutus)

Thiis meeting is the first of the series of Friday Meetings that we have
planned; next meeting on Friday, August 29th is on Cancer, and following
that
on Friday, Sept.5th is on Child Labour.

About the Friday Meetings:

Agenda / Schedule

a) Each person to fill a page -- giving contact details, top 10 problem
areas, top 10 action areas, list of NGOs in the sector, and where he / she
can contribute / lead e.g. writing minutes, co-ordinating with people,
following up on any of the action areas, etc. and also help Karmayog in the
Forum or Resource Section.

b) Individual problems, stories about past difficulties and experiences.

c) Focus on important discussions pertaining to Adoption and form a Adoption
Focus Group.
