VASUNDHARA environmental film festival 2008

Starting from 5th June
2008 WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY and will end on 8th June 2008

This festival is organised by ENVIROVIGIL - a voluntary organisation

working in the field of ENVIRONMENT EDUCATION & ENVIRONMENT
AWARENESS CREATION, and ACTION; In association with ASHAY film club
Pune, Prabhat Chitra Mandal; Mumbai, National films division (NFDC) and
Avehi mumbai

Other associating organisations are NGOSworking inthe field of
ENVIRONMENT;

This festival is sponsored by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board MPCB

Venue : Ravindra Natya Mandir, Prabhadevi, Dadar, MumbaiInauguration function will be on the eve of World Environment Day 5th June 2008 At 10 am., this function will be graced by the presence of Mr Ganesh Naik the honourable minister of environment, Mr Ravi Patil Minister of STate, Environment, Mr Goyal - Chairman MPCB and Mr; Sanjay
Khandare Member secretary MPCB. with DR Vikas HAjirnis resident,
Envirovigil Hindi Short version of the film INCONVINIENT TRUTH - A Film made by Noble award winner Mr AL Gore will be screened at the inaugutration in all 40 films will be screened during this festival in three days
