May 03: New Delhi: WARRIORS OF LIGHT 08

We are greatly honored to invite you to attend the "WARRIORS OF LIGHT 08" – an exhibition of paintings by underprivileged children. Paintings by Sudip Roy and photographs by Tarun Chabra will also be on display.

 The Warriors of Light is scheduled as follows: -

 Inauguration –

May3rd 2008, 7.00 PM at Cocktail Lounge, 3rd Floor, The Ashoka, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. Chief Guest – Dr. Syeda Hameed, Member, Planning Commission.

May 4-8th 2008 – Exhibition of painting at Tea Lounge, The Ashoka, Chanakyapuri, Delhi.

"Warriors of Light" is an exhibition of art, which will showcase the talent of underprivileged children on canvas. It's a celebration of colours, which aims towards bridging the gap between the privileged and underprivileged children of our society.

 Warriors of Light is an exhibition of painting done by a group of underprivileged children who are being groomed by Delhi's leading artist Ms Damayanti since last 3 and half years. Leading photographer Tarun Chabra's photography of street children will also be on display in the exhibition alongwith paintings from Sudip Roy.
