The Sophia Centre for Women's Studies and Development is beginning a four month Certificate Course for Health Care Workers(infant and child care). This course will train participants in all aspects of modern health care techniques via lectures, practicals and training in a hospital. Reproductive health of women, infant and child care practises, care for desired and elderly, as well as laws governing medical ethics shall be covered in the entire course.
The course is designed mainly for underprivileged women who have completed or at least attempted S.S.C.Selection of the candidate will be based on personal interview.
