Peoples Health & Development (PHD) trust is registered charitable trust working in field of health & development for last 7 years. The organization is committed for upliftment of health status of the whole community through application of knowledge of various branches of health care i.e. Homeopathy, Unani & others, Modern Medicine, Ayurveda, Naturopathy As you know that present system of medical education is not geared up for the need of majority of underprivileged strata of community & in spite of increasing no. Of NGO’s & government infrastructure , there is hardly any decrease in human sufferings. One of the reasons of this situation is lack of dedicated technical manpower . So the need of hour is to have trained professional in field of health & development. For this purpose we have started various training courses & detail information is given herewith. We have already conducted several such programmes & more than 3000 health functionaries have taken advantage of it. ( Doctors / district level Govt. officers/health managers/Paramedics/village level volunteers / TBAs-Traditional Birth Attendents / school teachers & students / BSW-MSW-NSS students etc. ) If your organization wants to send participants for the training , kindly inform us at the earliest & fill up the attached form for registration before 1 week of starting of the respective course. Medium of language : Gujarati. Eligibility : Fluency in writing & Reading in Gujarati. Venue: Dept. of Community Medicine , KESAR SAL Medical College, Opp. Science City, Bhadaj, Off Sarkhej – Gandhinagar highway. via Sola bridge , Ahmedabad. Address for communication : As on top of the letter. Accommodation: For first 20 participants , accommodation & dinner will be provided within campus at the rate of Rs. 75 per day. Rest of the participants may have to arrange for their own accommodation & dinner. The facility of accommodation will also be available for the period between the two training programmes. This time may be utilized for use of library & visit of various organization. Cost of breakfast , lunch & afternoon drink during training period is included in course fee.
Fees: May be sent by draft in the name of “People’s Health & Development Trust” at address for communication or cash payment can be given on the first day of training. Onsite training at voluntary organization/district level is also possible on special request.
