DIATRENDS JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED is a young organization Run by a benevolent & professional Management. It started in 1994 with 9 people and now has over 260 Skilled Craftsmen & Professionals who were Once FRESH / YOUNG students & now trained by us. DIATRENDS exports very Hi-Quality / Hi-Style Jewellery which needs Very precise hand skill & eye for quality. For years, our practice has been to select FRESH HSc / ITI STUDENTS and Train them in our school for six months to a year. In selecting youngTrainees, we give PREFERENCE to POLIO (Leg) affected persons or ORPHANS or SINGLE MOTHERS. Such people MUST OBVIOUSLY meet minimum education standards (HSc /- in case of handicapped, SSC), must be able to at least read English (since All our quality standards are in English) and must go through some Qualifying tests before they are put on training. During training, we pay stipend to each and once they are placed on the Regular pay-roll, they get Minimum Wages (which includes Provident Fund / Bonus Etc) PLUS they derive Mediclaim benefit & other Insurance. WE ARE GOING TO RECRUIT 25 ODD YOUNG GIRLS, BETWEEN AGES 18 - 21, AND MEETING ABOVE MENTIONED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. We have selected your Agency from the directory of Social Work / Orphanages and hope, you have some girls desirous to work with us Hence this letter.
