Community Contribution:

As responsible global citizens, we contribute to the communities where we work, across the globe. We undertake socio-economic ventures aimed at the uplift and progress of the people involved with our business. “Giving back to society” is our main objective that goes beyond the realms of business. Social and ecological activities thus form an integral part of our corporate structure.

Beyond Business

KPIT Cummins's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) principles are founded on the tenets of ethics, values, and transparency

KPIT Cummins, a rising star in the Indian IT space today has charted a long journey of evolution, growth and success, from its humble beginning in 1956 as a Chartered Accountancy firm.

A middle class city based venture to a fast emerging global force, today, we are setting industry benchmarks and confidently heading towards our goals. Having recently breezed past the $100 mn mark, we are only heading towards greater glories.

Amidst all our global expansion plans and multiplying partnerships, we remain of the strong belief that; a company is rooted in the society from which it derives all its inputs – such as physical infrastructure or human infrastructure, like its own people, or customers. Thus, we strive to show our gratitude to our environment and society, for the greater benefit of the community at large.

Therefore, one thing that remains undiminished and strong in the heart of this organization is: Values. We at KPIT Cummins have made it a point to propagate our core set of values amongst all our stakeholders. This has helped us build stronger bonds across levels, resulting in an organization of socially responsible and mature individuals.

One of our 7 core values is: Community Contribution. We hold this value very dearly, as we realize our responsibilities as a global organization, and therefore have dedicated ourselves to creating happy communities in the regions we operate in, by proactively involving ourselves in community welfare initiatives.
