CSR activities:

Avaya GlobalConnect actively supports the communities it is involved in. The company has a Vice President level Ethics Councilor, who drives the organizations involvement and support in these programs. Some of these programs are as follows:

• To inculcate a spirit of sportsmanship and team spirit in school children, Avaya GlobalConnect institutionalized the Inter School Athletic Meet since 1996 in Gandinagar. The city is the birthplace of the company and is considered important to both local employees and local community leaders. The program receives active participation from over 30 schools in the city; with more than 50 employees conducting the sports meet.
