On 18th of September 2008, in Bangalore there is a workshop on Bihar floods. The objective of the workshop is to discuss a few aspects related the Bihar floods, including social audit of relief work, first-person voices from people who are involved in the relief work, and long-term solutions to the flood problem. We needed your help in spreading the words to people interested in the issue in Bangalore. This is also an opportunity for CSR officers to interact with some people closely involved with the flood work, and look for partnership opportunities. The agenda is finalized and we are in the process of preparing the invite. We will send this to you in a day or two.
