Asking for Investigation for suspecious death of an IAS officer in Bandra

A: Details of the problem
1.Problem: Asking for Investigation for suspecious death of an IAS officer in Bandra
2. Period: Before 2007
3. Details: An IAS officer died (may be murdered) in Bandra in April of 2005. Finding suspecious activities about money transfering for several crors of rupees and purchasing properties on several other family members names using money from unaccounted income of that IAS officer, I suspect that he was murdered
 
4. Additional information: Nil
5. Steps taken till now:
His widow has given several causes for his sudden death. Her brother was heavily involved before and after his death. Parents sold their property and moved in with daugher as if like Lotary was won.
 
6. Result:
According to her, she had submitted a doctor certificate that her husband had heart problem on the day before he died. He had died very next day of taking possession of multi-crore rupees flat
 
7. Help needed now:
I want to talk to law officer and provide details about all suspecious activities of widow and her brother and solid proof that they all are very immoral people who would go to any extent for money.

3. For Government: from Bandra Police, I want to find out who all were suspects and why they were ruled out? Also, marriage registration offices should have website with people's names and date of marriage.
 
4. For others in a similar situation: NEVER EVER show any sympathy for a widow after hearing her story about the death of her husband without proper investigation from a reliable source.
