Since the begining of our 15 month of marriage, my wife was secretely writing emails to her brother accusing me and my family of abusing her and demanding dowry. She fed drugs to me and my son and left home when she got caught with her such emails and subsequently filed false cases.

5. Steps taken till now:

We got her phone records and found out that she was on the phone with her brother to whom she was writing those emails and few other people through out the day when she wrote those fraudulent emails.

I have secretely recorded her confession that she has filed this false complaint upon advice from her lawyer and someone else (did not tell the name). And that she has not even read the complaint.

7. Help needed now:

Can I use that recorded confession in the court to dismiss case. According to the new law, she has to be punished for filing a false complaint. How can I get punished the Master mind, her brother?

| 3. For Government: |
Severely punish the currupt police for helping file false FIR and not doing proper investigation. Also, punish currupt Judges who drag cases on and on even after receiving all evidences of false case
|

The protection officer who has registered such false case under WPA 2005 should be punished as well if any irregularities found. Direct filing in the court should not be allowed without investigation
