Respected Sir, My father has vacated the residential and a commercial place of which he is legal heir and has the necessary documents, like rent receipt, electricity bills but the registration of the above deal is being delayed from six months.

Wait and watch as we are the last tenant to vacate. The other tenants vacated initially and there is no unity amongbus and that advantage is being taken by the builder. Construction work is going on.
