Leakages in terrace flat

My flat is below the terrace and I am facing leakages during every monsoon. Society is not carrying out repair and waterproofing of the terrace. Please advise, are not they responsible to repair, and under what section of by - laws are they bound to carryout the repair. Regards, A P Francis.

Written letter to the Society, I have waterproofed the terrace on my own to protect from rain on my own expense.They say it is the responsibilities of the member.

No action has been taken by the Society to waterproof the terrace, eventhough money has been collected under repair fund.

Any legal remedies that will be available to make the Society to carryout the repair/waterproofing of the terrace before the ensuing monsoon to protect my house from the leakages.
