A: Details of the problem
1.Problem: Non issuance of Letter of Allotment nor execution of agreement for sale.
2. Period: 2010 - July
3. Details: Dear Sir, I have paid full purchase price of a flat to the Builder 8months ago. The construction is completed nerely more than 50% as on the date. Possession is said to be in Dec. 2010. The Builder has not yet given Letter of Allotment to me nor has executed agreement for sale. I am 65 years old.
 
4. Additional information: Nil
5. Steps taken till now:
Many Emails reminding to complete the formalities sent. No response.
 
6. Result:
No response from the Builder on my various emails.
 
7. Help needed now:
How should I proceed further as I am middle class retired senior citizen staying with my family in a rented premises and can not afford court case expenses.
