Dear Sir, I have paid full purchase price of a flat to the Builder 8months ago. The construction is completed nerely more than 50% as on the date. Possession is said to be in Dec. 2010. The Builder has not yet given Letter of Allotment to me nor has executed agreement for sale. I am 65 years old.
