1.Problem: one of the flat owners is not paying for water and electricity charges
2. Period: Before 2007
3. Details: he is not paying his portion of charges fro water consumption and electricity charges fro common amenities

 we have brought to the notice of bmc and do tell him in writing and verbally also
 
6. Result:
 he just ingnores and files comlaint with police and bmc

 advice the action which will force him to pay up his dues
