I am being denied membership rights of the existing cooperative housing society. Correspondences addressed to the society are not being accepted. Common facilities are not being attended to.

Have received favourable order from Dy Registrar, Thane. Have obtained favourable order from Co-op Court, Thane.

Jt Registrar -Konkan Bhavan had stayed the Dy Registrar's order, but has not ordered the Mg Comm to hold the status quo. The Jt Registrar has not heard the matter even after a lapse of 13 months.

7. Help needed now:
|
Ensure that our building members are merged into the existing HCCHS CHS and we get all facilities enjoyed by the other members. The Dy Registrar's order is decided upon by the Jt Registrar.
