Refusal to refund fees on discontinuation of membership

1.Problem: Refusal to refund fees on discontinuation of membership
2. Period: 2010 - January
3. Details: I am not very happy with kidzworld library's service levels. I wanted to discontinue my membership. Membership fees have been collected for 1 full year in advance. Have been member for 4 months and now and have had issues with getting toys home delivered. Every time I complain about this

Tried to resolve this through email/ phone calls

They have stopped responding to emails/ phone calls

Please advise me on how to get the refund and ensure that such practices are not followed to dupe other members. More than money I want to give them the message that end customer is not helpless and w
