there are many people work as a RTO agent and they are providing services for learner/new/renew and transfer of title. in this course of service ,first of all they never want to lost there customer, that means they will definetly amalgated the document and after that they will get it done throug the RTO offices ,that means they are crating the best atmosphere for coruption. the question is that,at the time of online era and quick services provided by the RTO how can such type of persons indulging in such a business.OUR PRIME MINISTER MR MANMOHAN SINGH ,himself remain present for the RTO formalties how can i common person get it done through the agent.the agent are incresing corruption and providing the license and permit to the wrong people and that wrong people spoiling the image of our culture and moral ,and incresing the accidents by the passengers vehicle |
