A taxi stand along Nirman vihar park and hardly at 10 yards distance from police chowkee preet vihar has grabbed completet foot path. NO METER TAXI IS KEPT BUT ONLY PRIVATE cars are sent as taxis. MY TALKING TO local police personnel for two months did not bring any result. I complained to police commissioner and ANTI CORRUPTION dy.commissioner in writing. THE ORDER FOR REMOVAL OF THIS ENCROACHMENTS WERE ISSUED BY DY.COMMISSIONER ANTI CORRUPTION TO DY.COMMISSIONER SHAHADRA ZONE SOUTH ON 5TH november 2008. No action has been taken for removal of encroachment on public land or for defrauding government by plying private cars as taxis. During day you can see a couple of time police VAN passing along these taxi stands but they have their own reasons not to take action.
